REFUND POLICY

Returns
Ready-to-wear models (except creations made to order) can be returned within 14 days. Once this deadline has passed, we will not be able to offer you an exchange or refund.
Your MANAL PARIS creation must not have been worn and must be returned in its original packaging and box.

Refund
Once we have received your product, we will send you an email to notify you of the refund. The amount (excluding shipping costs) of the product will be credited back to the card used for payment, within a few days.

To return your product, please return your package to us at the following address: 5 Rue Étex, 75018 Paris, France

Buyer will not be re-credited for shipping costs.
